The new 2017 Jaguar XJ projects distinction, English refinement, and exclusivity, just like the previous models before it. You should expect a chic interior style, a feature an technology galore, nimble handling and steering and strong V8 engines. The XJR version rated at the top of the trim lineup is especially worthwhile for those looking for an elite sports, luxury sedan. Its release date should be expected sometime in January 2017.
The XJ is available in both short-and long-wheel base models depending on the customers’ demands for space. Some of the upscale features available for both versions include a double-paned glass, self-leveling suspension, high-tech driver aids, and heated and cooled massaging seats.
“Grace, space, and pace.” This was the advertisement motto Jaguar used for the previous XJ and still holds true for the new 2017 model. Although its nameplate subscribes immensely to English tradition, in the face of today’s luxury market, it could be seen as a non-conformist. It’s neither flamboyant as the Italians nor as conservative as the Germans. Instead, it has its own sense of character that combines function with style in equal balance.
The redesigned 2017 Jaguar XJ lovely as it looks, lacks the sophistication and vault-like feel of its German rivals such as the 2017 Audi A8, 2017 S-Class, and the 2017 BMW 7 Series. Its engines offer mediocre EPA ratings as well. Nonetheless, the 2017 Jaguar XJ has a reason to keep its head raised high especially for those who favor comfort and luxury over nifty gadgets.
