With the release of the base model comes the 2017 Ford Mustang Convertible model. With the recent updates been made in 2014 and the last one coming for the upcoming season it is only natural that the Pony gets a convertible option as well. The model has always had a cabrio design to it and has featured the car with the top off and only continues this year. The current model is available in a convertible and the first announced of the upcoming base version did not hold a convertible option, but this is a confirmation that we are getting one.
Muscle cars have not been held in great esteem in recent years and the sales of them has not benefited that much. But in recent years it appears that the brand is coming back and that the interest fro vehicles like Ford Mustang, Chevy Camaro and Dodge Challenger is coming back. Thus with the base version you have to have a convertible option. Mustang is going to receive its one right now and is getting a release date sometime later after the base version has been announced.
The style of the car is ultimately what we have expected to be. It is in fact the base version without its top and has all the aggressive elements that the initial model has been given. With this version of the Mustang we get a far more aggressive styling which is pound to get more audiences interested in it than before. Muscle cars are making a comeback, that is for sure, and we are making it possible in the grandest of ways. There is adequate refinement being brought and made for the model. It actually manages to speak pretty highly about what the future for the models might bring as it looks pretty great for now.
This is also apparent with the rivaling vehicles as you see more aggressive design even coming from BMW and Audi counterparts which were in turn labeled as some of the more luxurious and poplar cars. They too are taking up the formula of adding more aggressive parts to a muscle car.
The inside of the 2017 Ford Mustang Convertible is quite lavishing. The inside has an all-ergonomic arrangement, making the car pretty good looking but also useful as well. You can easily make your way through the controls which have a logical setup and feature advanced infotainment additions. As in every modern car, connectivity is an important factor here as well and it has been expanded and made available in a larger sense. Equally exciting is the comfort that the vehicle now has. Of course the heart of every muscle car is its engine and the specs it provides, and it is the same case with the 2017 Ford Mustang Convertible. The model is going to use a 2.3 liter EcoBoost powerplant that offers increased performance and power. But, this is not the only option for the Mustang as it provides us with a 3.7 liter version and a 5.8 V8 engine as well. The initial choice is good enough actually as it is able to provide us with 310 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque, unfortunately the specs for other engines have still to be officially announced.
