2017 Audi A5 Release Date, Price, Review – There is a lot to admire in the new Audi A5 ranging from the classy exterior outlook to the standard all-wheel drive system, and a beautifully trimmed cabin and confident handling in between. However, the A5 lacks in certain respects such as missing latest technologies and an awkward control layout. The vehicle is expected to see the light of day sometime in July next year.
There comes a time in life when you finally reflect on the scope of achievements worth bragging about at your local joint with your friends. Well, for car fanatics or drivers who had the chance of driving a variety of vehicles, the common topic would probably be in terms of cars – which car would you best rate to be a practical and prudent or which car would you buy if you won a lottery today? In all fairness, I think I’d give the new 2017 Audi A5 the benefit of doubt.
The A5 makes no excuses for its high-quality cabin, subtly sexy exterior, and a well-tuned suspension. Mechanically, Audi has provided the A5 with a full-time AWD system, which is powered by a turbocharged engine. Throw in a comfortable and well-appointed cabin and you’ve got yourself a pleasure cruise.
Not all about the A5 is a bed of roses, there are some areas which needed to be addressed during its conception. The Bluetooth audio connectivity costs extra, for example. Others include an unremarkable acceleration, unavailability of a USB port, and lack of latest safety features.
In overall, as appealing as the A5 may seem, it still needs some thought before anyone decides to commit. The segment offers a plethora of alternatives; the Audi TT is fully designed for 2017 and offers a slew of safety features while still delivering a laudable performance.
Available in both convertible and coupe form is the Mercedes-Benz E-Class. It brings with it a lot of cabin functionality and backseat space. Both the BMW 4 & 2 Series offer a sportier appeal and practicality. Lastly, you can check out the 2017 Cadillac ATS coupe. It bundles an excellent handling and aggressive looks.

July is the official release date of the 2017 Audi A5 according to various sources and rumors. As for the prices, the Convertible, once available for sale, will demand a starting MSRP of $47,900, and $40,500 for its coupe sportback counterpart. This is fairly cheaper compared to something that the rival cars in the segment have to offer, like the Lexus RC for instance.
